ioStudioTech AS is a company developing back end programs, front end applications and electronics components for embedded control systems.
NORWAY
ioStudioTech AS is located in Egersund on the south west coast of Norway and has since 2010 participated in R&D projects for control systems. The company was founded as Egersund Marine Electronics AS.
ROBERTSON
Thorleif Robertson was the founder of the marine electronics industry in Egersund in 1946. The Robertson autopilots and radios have been installed in many vessels world wide. ioStudioTech is a branch of the Robertson marine technology cluster.
PARTNERS
ioStudioTech AS can design, test and integrate both hardware and software components in a control system. Partners are used for detailed design and manufacturing of the hardware components or to scale up the progress of the software development.
EMPLOYEES
Senior R&D Engineer / CTO / CEO
Øyvind is the founder of EME and later ioStudioTech AS. He holds a master degree in control engineering from NTNU / Department of Engineering Cybernetics. He has experience from working in R&D projects for development of naval missiles, autopilots, instruments, compasses, IMU, ECDIS, NMEA networks, subsea electronics, control system configuration and more. His specialty is software modelling and simulation of software to deploy on embedded electronics. He also has in-depth knowledge of marine and subsea control systems.
